ReplyI'm struggling with the math (or wording) in this article. The headline implies a 20% increase. An increase from $60 a month to $249 a month is way more than a 20% increaae.

ReplyPlease, no casino. Let's have a place where anyone can go for entertainment, not just smokers. Casinos didn't save Detroit and they aren't the answer for Downriver. Royal Oak manages to stay lively without a waterfront or a casino. The college idea is great.

I saw one walking up Greenview around dawn about a year ago. Later that week my husband saw it along the Frank and Poet Drain near the library.
