I think you meant "glamorize" not "glamorous" and "decent" not "descent". If you are going to criticize and make demands about education you need to, at a bare minimum, spell check yourself.

ReplyTo those above that don't know how Google works: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hookah_lounge. Also, on a personal note, if you don't know what a Hookah is, then a Hookah Lounge probably isn't for you.

ReplyPardon my ignorance, but is the presence of Coyotes thought to be some sort of actual threat, in any extend beyond missing cats left outdoors? Do they pose a risk to children or other pets? I got this as a "Breaking News" Patch alert, as if I need to race home and lock up my house....

Seriously, spend less time on the internet. It desensitizes people and even if you're not the shallow type to say such things, I've found myself just reading some of the garbage on this site weakens my faith in society in general.

Rebecca,
The district is already struggling to balance the budget as-is, even with introducing "schools of choice". Not to detract from the value of your need for special education, but merely asking for more services and not providing creative ideas for how to fund such an addition that would require specially trained teachers, a new curriculum, more certifications etc. With all that said, where do you propose we make room in the budget for such a program? -

True, but negligence and failure to do due diligence before dealing with craiglist these days is inexcusable. This is 2013, not 1992. The "AVOID SCAMS" link in the Metro Detroit section of craigslist is clearly marked (url: http://detroit.craigslist.org/about/scams) and clearly warns against sending any money before meeting and seeing rental property in person. This kind of stuff shouldn't be news any more

"Out of here" how is your comment remotely applicable here? One vote is one thing. Repeated votes is indicative of a petulant child throwing a temper tantrum because they can't get their way.
