Mom's Talk: When Is the Bikini Too Itsy Bitsy?
Recently high temperatures have left many reaching for skimpier clothing, but when does it become too skimpy.
This week Patch asks moms, and Mr. Moms, in Trenton how young is too young for suggestive clothes. Temperatures this week have been in the 90s and people are beginning to wear less and less to stay cool. Obviously, young girls and boys are going to be wearing bathing suits to public places like the city pool or to a friends house, but when is a bathing suit inappropriate? Patch wants to know: How do you monitor what your children wear? And how young is too young for some of these adult-inspired bathing suits? As of right now I think my 2 year old looks adorable in her bikini with her little belly :) I will feel differently when she is older and definitley my husband will! Like Meghan said I want to teach her modesty. As long as I'm buying it I have control! more ›
