New West Road Business Beginning to Take Shape
Some Trenton-Grosse Ile Patch users were disappointed to find out the nature of a new business coming to West Road.
A shiny new sign sits atop a former Burger King location on West Road near the border of Woodhaven and Trenton. The building is currently being transformed into a new Wild Coney and Grill location. Wild Coney & Grill locations in Southgate, Riverview and Wayne serve breakfast, lunch and dinner and are open from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. An owner of the new restaurant could not be reached for a potential completion date. I've been pondering with the idea of opening a Trader Joes type store with a healthy market section in the downriver area. I think the vacant Manns Kitchen store would be a great location. My daughter is always going to Ann Arbor for healthy alternatives. Why not downriver! more ›
