Robert DiNardo, vice president and general manager for the WOW! Michigan region, said Monday afternoon that problems causing video service issues on three recent dates have been resolved as of 10 p.m. Sunday.
A recent fix for WOW! cable customers has not solved many service issued in the Trenton area. Trenton-Grosse Ile Patch readers said they began experiencing service issues including freezing and black screens before Christmas. Robert DiNardo, vice president and general manager for the WOW! No kidding we're fed up with Wow!! Why do they bother to keep saying that "it's all fixed now" and then it really isn't? Before this pixelated and sound disconnection errors in Dec. it was billing problems in Oct. What will be next? I'm about ready to look elsewhere also. more ›
