Roundhouse BBQ Unveils Unique New Drink
Here's a hint: it has bacon.
Roundhouse BBQ recently released a new drink made with unconventional ingredients--including bacon. Roundhouse owner Chris Hancock said the recipe for his new Bacon Bloody Mary is a secret, but he was willing to offer a little insight, to give patrons an idea what to expect. Hancock said his drink has tiny bits of smoked bacon in a non-traditional tomato base made with savory spices. "It's awesome," Hancock said. The drink is garnished with celery and apple-wood smoked bacon with a spiced rim on the glass made from a collection of spices including a hint of habanero peppers. "One of our customers said it's like a meal in a glass," Hancock said. The Bacon Bloody Mary is currently available for an introductory price of $5 at Roundhouse BBQ. …
