Poor service on Friday....like the food and choices but service needs improvement!

One of our family's favorite places. Great menu selection of homemade items. Excellent food. Also, the last time in was just me and my 13 yr old son and we had awesome service. So many places don't go out of their way if they think there is a single mom dining there (or just whenever a man isn't present). Him and I had a great date! The waitress treated my son like he was so important and he loved it.

I live in Kalamazoo but every time we comes to town to visit my family we always meet at TV's as it is our favorite place to eat. My daughters wish the restaurant was closer. Great food, specials and soups.

They are the BEST. Good quality food and superior service. You all need to come down and give them a try!!!!

My family took me to breakfast at the TV Diner on Mother's Day. I've been for dinner but this was my first time for breakfast. The fresh orange juice (with Champagne) was delicious. I had Eggs Benedict, my family had pancakes, french toast, and an Omelet. All was wonderful! The service was very good.

I agree with the service issues at TV Deli...The food is good but there is something missing with the service.
I do not go there often because of the hit/miss service...last time was great but you never know and I do not like to gamble.

I had to give TV's 3 stars because we have had two very different experiences at TV's. One was fantastic, with a very friendly waitress who gave top-notch service. The food came out in a timely manner and was absolutely delicious. The other visit was, unfortunately, at the other end of that spectrum. The waitress was rather unfriendly. She never once came back to see how everything was to or see if we needed anything. The food took FOREVER to come out (literally over 45 minutes) and the waitress never once came to the table to let us know what was going on. There was no apology for the delay. I felt as if we were inconveniencing her to go and see what the hold-up was.
We do love TV's menu selection - the wide variety of dishes, desserts (which are out-of-this world!) and unexpected menu items (like the fried green beans) and we will by all means be back, but our experiences go to show you that one of the keys to a positive outlook on any restaurant are its' staff.

Our favorite place to go! Chicken Pot Pie on Thursdays is to die for. Baked mostaccolli-awesome! Fresh, real food. AND get a candy apple if you can experience that just once...AWESOME.

Never had a bad experience here. Wonderful food, great prices. The menu has quite a few items that aren't your run-of-the-mill dishes, such as lobster bisque. The french-fried green beans are awesome! One of my favorite places to eat.

Good American Fare food, with great service and also optional alcohol available. The owner is a great community person who has helped the Trenton Rotary Club. Breakfasts are outstanding.
