A very helpful staff who takes care of the customer. A short wait and even then you are waited on hand and foot. The hair cuts themselves are great and the stylists are very friendly.

This place is amazing and all of the girls are so nice! They just remodeled the salon and it looks FANTASTIC! It's so awesome to go into a place full of wonderful people who make your day! I see a few different stylists and love their work! I'm not from Trenton and I travel 30 minutes to have my hair done and to have such a relaxing time.
I have been going to Alexander Chase Salon since it opened and wouldn't go anywhere else! Its classy, professional and so talented! I see Katie, Meg and Kim (the owner) and have never left feeling less then glamorous! I am so lucky to have found them. I can't forget Leecis or Karrie either!! This salon has my vote for best in Trenton and all of Downriver!!!!
This salon without a doubt deserves five stars, no questions asked! Not just because I am thee Alexander Chase himself and the salon was named after me ;), but because of my mother who started this business almost 8 years ago. It has been a tough 8 years and my mother recently broke her hip around Thanksgiving last year, but with determination to keep the business moving and still continues to provide a great service for all of those who wish to have their services done at Alexander Chase. And not mention, all of the women who work there are all truly genuine people and with that being said, Alexander Chase has a certain warmness and close knit atmosphere, which is something that can usually be lost within the workplace at times.
