Sightseeing Tour Now Stopping in Trenton

Hometown History Tours cover much of southeastern Michigan including a few stops in Trenton.

The beauty of Trenton should be shared with the masses, which is why the city is now featured in the Southeastern Michigan Sightseeing Tour created by Hometown History Tours of Wyandotte.

The tour takes sightseers through some of the most beautiful locations Downriver including .

But that's not all. The tour bus also breezes through several other stops along the Detroit and Raisin rivers including the Detroit International Wildlife Refuge, the only international refuge in North America, found right in Trenton's own backyard.

Any number of tour guides provide "lively narration" and "recount the region’s exciting social, cultural, military and industrial history and point out Native American landmarks," according to the Hometown History Tours website.

Tours are set for June 24, July 22 and Aug 19. The 5-hour tour departs at 12:30 p.m. from the Hometown History Tours office, 150 Maple, in Wyandotte.
