Hey Trenton! What did you think of the Trenton 2012 Fourth of July Fireworks?

Trenton's 2012 Fourth of July Fireworks were some of the biggest and brightest in the history of the city, but how did they measure up to other shows you've seen?

The City of Trenton almost didn't have a fireworks show this year, but thanks to Fritz Enterprises the show was bigger and brighter than ever before.

A new musical element kept the abnormally large crowds rocking all night.

Now that all is said and done, Trenton Patch wants to know if the show measured up to the hype? Did you like the new musical element? What was your favorite part of the show?

Tell us about your experience in the comment section below.

What a great way to spend our birthday! We saw it, heard it and felt it and the music added an emotional impact. Best show ever!

This firework display was by far, the most amazing work of art I have ever seen! Mr. Fritz was very generous in donating for this spectacular event and I thank him ever so much for his kindness. The grand finale had us blown away with the intensity of the colors, brightness, sounds - it took our breath away! We had the pleasure of sitting right at the river in full view of the barge by invitation. A wonderful evening I shall never forget!

This was by far the best fireworks show I have ever seen in my life. The grand display of pyrotechnics along with the coordinated music was fantastic. I sure hope it happens again next year. Many thanks to the sponsors for their generosity in providing the funds for such a great show and in overcoming the hurddles of the storm and subsequent power outage.

I was at the Canton fireworks display the night before, Trenton's blew it away! I've been coming to see the Trenton's fireworks for many years now and this display was the best I've ever seen. The full moon in the background was beautiful. Many heartfelt thanks for Fritz Enterprize's as they were the gracious donor for this years display. The owner and staff are great American's! God Bless America!

The show was AWESOME ! Does anybody know what company Fritz hired to do the fireworks ? We saw the Detroit show, and it had music with it also, but the people who put on the Trenton show did a much better job with putting the two together . Thanks for a great night!!

I saw some of the guys on the boat and there shirts said Ace pryo on it. It is a local Michigan company from what I found on the Internet. I was impressed because the Trenton firework were so much better than Detroit's. This year was my first year going to Trenton because I live in St Clair Shores and normally attend the local SCS and grosse Pointe City firework but Trenton and ace pyro blew my mind. I will be back next year Trenton.

The company is Ace Pyro and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Drew Esplenshade from Ace Pyro was directly responsible for choreographing the music and fireworks for the Trenton, MI show. This company has a terrific group of people working with them and are not only professional, but a pleasure to deal with. BRAVO on the artistic quality of this fabulous show! Special thanks to " Doc Pyro" for recommending Ace, the City of Trenton and Trenton Police and Fire Departments.

Why don't the ACE people do the freedom festival fireworks. I saw on Chanel 4 that the company who puts on the detroit show is from Pennsylvania or new York or someplace. We need Michigan people to work in Michigan !!!! How does the parade company explain this ??? Can the Trenton people do the downtown show?? What does it take do do something like that ?

Awesome show! Probably the best fireworks display I've ever seen! What a wonderful way to spend the 4th--Ace Pyro did an amazing job with the fireworks selection (some I've never seen till that show) and even more, the MUSIC! Loved it. A big Thank you to Fritz Enterprise and the City of Trenton!

WE are all so grateful to Fritz, fine, but don't you all find it ironic that the reason they paid for it is because the city was having trouble doing it themselves?? Did you know that this is the same family that is sponsorign a BIG $250 a plate fundraiser for a major Republican candidate in Wyandotte? Perhaps so they can ensure that they get big tax cuts, cities will continue to suffer in providing services, and then Fritz can put on their own show again next year, and we'll all write about how wonderful it was. I agree, money can buy you a lot of things, not only, but including fireworks.
