The Trenton High School hockey team began a bottle drive this week to raise money to help a local family in need.

All money collected during the bottle drive will be used to purchase presents for a needy family.

"We're asking people for their pop cans and returnable bottles to gather money to buy gifts for a family that we adopt every year to give them a Christmas, so they have something to look forward to on Christmas day," Trenton hockey player Brandon Hoffman said.
