Trenton Elementary School Voting Precincts Moved to Protect Students

Trenton City Clerk Trish Gearhart moved three voting precincts out of Trenton elementary schools to ensure student safety on election day.

Thank you! This should have happened a long time ago, but so glad it has been established now! Safety for our children in their schools is so important.

Why not just let them(the kids) have the day off instead of moving everything where it was efficient? It helps them recognize how important their right to vote is and soothes concerns about strangers at schools.

Great, and thanks for posting, as this is often used to confuse people and keep them from voting altogether...people need to be informed of where they can vote.
