Recent Trenton Grads Get $2.6 M in Scholarships
This year's graduates received the highest amount of scholarship dollars in the history of the school.
Recent graduates of were awarded the most scholarship dollars in the history of the school.
The 233 graduating seniors received about $2.6 million in scholarship money. That's about $11,000 for each Trenton graduate, though not all graduates received scholarships.
High school Principal Michael Doyle said the Class of 2012 were an excellent group of students in the classroom, on the athletic field and in all extra curricular activities such as marching band, school plays, student government and student activities, according to a release from Trenton Public Schools.
