Over $2 M Given to Trenton Students at Honors Night
Trenton High School honor students cleaned up in scholarships Wednesday night.
The stage in the auditorium was packed with over 120 honor students accepting over $2.5 million in scholarships Wednesday night.
Parents sat with digital camera's flashing and video cameras rolling as what seemed like an endless number of scholarships were given out to students.
Students received scholarships from 42 different organizations including West Grange Pharmacy, Trenton Rotary Club and Trenton Fire Fighter Charities to name a few.

Speakers representing each organization handed envelope after envelope beginning with the Trenton Educational Foundation scholarship and ending with the Michigan High School Athletic Association Scholar-Athlete Award.
Students receiving scholarships were too many to list.
