Trenton Patch Guide to Election Deadlines
Make sure you check out the election deadline guide, so you won't miss your chance to vote this year.
There are a number of looming deadlines would-be voters need to be a aware of, so they don't miss their chance to vote in the November election.
Here is a list of deadlines for the upcoming election:
- Voter registration deadline: Oct. 9
- Deadline to submit absentee ballot by mail: 2 p.m. on Nov. 3
- Deadline to submit absentee ballot in person at clerk's office: 4 p.m. on Nov. 5
- Emergency absentee ballot deadline: 4 p.m. on Nov. 6
- Ballots can be turned in at voting precincts until polls close on election day
