Does this now mean he has as long as he chooses to DO SOMETHING with the site? So basically he could chose to NEVER do anything. Guess were not really moving forward with helping our waterfront improve in Trenton.

They should force him to demolish the site. You often hear of buildings in disrepair being taken down. Unless this guys wants to do it himself and open up some sort of water front destination for shopping and food. Trenton needs a true waterfront destination.

There is already a shopping and food destination downtown, it just needs revitalized...the way I see it downtown trenton is an eyesore something needs to be done to bring business in
