May 3, 2012 – Listen to Lucid Nightmare by Pattanga: This is the 6th track from my debut album 'Death On The Wind' It was inspired by a lucid dream I had. They have a Facebook site. Appears to be a fan of theirs. Maybe free advertisemnt?

A power box was damaged? Seriously, spray paint damaged the power box? No other graffiti? Hmm, another crime in Trenton...... Apparently its a slow news day again.....

Would be great if Patch could focus on more stories like this. These reflect all that is good about our community. negative reporting really serves no purpose. Thank you for pointing out the positive things about our great town.

I appreciate your feedback and understand your concerns. However, we have a duty to report on both the good and bad in the community. We will try to do more to shine the light on all of these stories.

Thank you Nate. It just gets a little annoying reading about petty crimes repeatedly throughout the week. Is this really newsworthy or is it just putting print on the pages? But even more questionable is why your week in review only reflects these minor crimes and nothing else. Rise up and seek out all that is good about our community, our state and country. I'm sure you'll find more good than bad to cast your pen upon. Thank you again.

I wish you would do some real investigative reporting to make this area a better place for all. Why hasn't anyone focused on the traffic tie-ups caused by the incessant trains on Van Horn, Allen Road and Fort Street? If I take that route, 7 out of 10 times I will have to wait 10 to 15 minutes, sometimes more for the train to pass. Then cars are often lined up half a mile in four directions. I was caught by a long train recently as I was trying to get to Oakwood Hospital in Dearborn when a relative was dying and I did not make it in time. Other times I have tried to avoid the trains by going over to Gibraltar Road, but I get caught there, too, sometimes. The only safe road is West Road. There has to be a better solution.

The trouble is JC, that these are such old stories, we all complained about the trains years ago, federal laws took over, Dingell tried to do something...the trouble is that nothing ever gets "fixed" or changes downriver, so what's to report on anymore? I appreciate Nate for trying to engage conversation over even the littlest things.
