Trenton Teachers React to Man Wanted in Bomb Scare

Trenton teachers had mixed emotions about the man wanted in relation to three bomb scares in the city.

Trenton teachers had mixed emotions Tuesday morning after they learned about a man wanted in connection to three bomb scares in the city of Trenton, including two that took place at .

"It's not just scary here, it's scary everywhere," Laura Trosien, first-grade teacher at , said. "You don't expect it here. It hits too close to home."

Kym Livernois, first-grade teacher at Anderson, said she didn't think the situation with the man suspected of a bomb threat and leaving a suspicious package at Trenton High School was as serious as Trenton Police Chief William Lillienthal said it was in an interview with Trenton Patch.

"It's always in the back of our heads," Nancy Ford, fourth-grade teacher at Anderson, said. "We hope they catch him."

Bill Miller, physical education teacher at Anderson, said he thinks schools are generally safe and believes the situation to be an isolated incident.

The Buereau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives is currently who may be responsible for an April 28 and found at .

They believe the man is also a suspect in the detonation of an explosive near , 3080 Van Horn Road, on April 29, according to a release from the ATF and confirmed by Trenton Police Chief William Lilienthal.
