Trenton Resident's Tires Slashed, Another Resident's Credit Card Stolen

The following information was supplied by the Trenton Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

On Aug. 28 the received calls from two residents who complained about tires being slashed and a stolen credit card.

  • A 35-year-old woman reported her tires were slashed at about 8 p.m. Aug. 28 in the 1900 block of Marian Drive in Trenton. Police said an unknown person(s) slashed the two driver's side tires on the woman's 2000 GMC Jimmy. There was one puncture mark on each tire, according to police. The woman told police her neighbors had their tires slashed recently, as well.
  • A 79-year-old man reported to police his credit card was stolen at about 5 p.m. Aug. 28 in the 1300 block of Harbour Drive. The man told police someone had charged over $13,700 to his card between May 24 and July 23.
