Trenton Police Arrest 'Lady Going Crazy' Outside Resident's House

The following information was supplied by the Trenton Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Trenton police responded to a complaint about a "lady going crazy" outside a resident's house at about 1 a.m. Dec. 27 in the 2400 block of 4th Street, according to a Trenton police report.

A 52-year-old woman called the Trenton Police Department after a 20-year-old woman attacked her 25-year-old daughter and broke a window located at the front of the home.

The home owner said she was having a family party and the 20-year-old woman became upset and stated she was the "black sheep" of the family. The woman then "attacked" the home owner's daughter--striking her in the face--and either threw something at or punched the front window, according to the same report.

The home owner said several family members were able to "wrestle" the 20-year-old woman and her 37-year-old mother out of the house.

Police arrested the 20-year-old woman on four outstanding warrants:

  • Contribute to the delinquency of a minor out of Wyandotte
  • Aggravated assault out of the Wayne County Sheriff's Office
  • Aggravated assault of a police officer out of the Wayne County Sheriff's Office
  • Assault with a dangerous weapon out of the Wayne County Sheriff's Office

The woman was transported to the Trenton Police Department jail.
