Police Searching for Man, Woman Reportedly Approaching Young Girls in Trenton

Trenton police amped up their search for a man and a woman reportedly driving a silver Ford F-150 Wednesday, according to Chief Jim Nardone.

"We are actively investigating and checking into leads into the ownership of the pick up truck in question," Nardone said.

Police received reports involving a man driving a silver pickup truck with a female passenger approaching young girls on April 24 near Charlton and Lenox and April 27 in Elizabeth Park.

Police are following up on several leads in an effort to identify the individuals in the pickup truck.

Nardone did not confirm that the two reports are related.

The driver was described in one of the incidents as a white male with black hair in his late 20s or early 30s with a dark-colored tattoo on his upper left arm. There were no witness descriptions of the female passenger.
