Trenton Police Respond to Assault Call, Catch Couple in the Act

The following information was supplied by the Trenton Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Trenton police responded to a call about a possible assault at about 10:30 p.m. April 9 in the apartments at 3370 Van Horn.

The caller, who wished to remain anonymous, told police she heard what sounded like a man and a woman arguing inside of a nearby apartment.

Police responded to the apartment, where a man and a woman answered the door, wearing only towels, and stated they were "taking a shower and may have been a little loud," according to a Trenton police report.
