Police Blotter: Resident Points Pistol at Man After Feeling Threatened

A 56-year-old man walked into the Trenton Police Station at about 7 p.m. June 21 to report that he had pointed a licensed pistol at two males who were yelling at him and his wife in Elizabeth Park.

The man told police that he and his wife were driving a car in Elizabeth Park when they encountered two white males riding bikes.

According to the report the males threw their bikes to the ground and began yelling at his vehicle as they approached.

The man said as the males got close to his car he felt threatened for the safety of himself and his wife, so he pulled his licensed pistol and pointed at one of the males.

The males then left the man and his wife alone, and he said he came to the police station to report the incident immediately after it happened.

One of the males is described as a white, 18-to-25-year-old man with several tattoos up and down his arm. He was last seen riding a bicycle with mirrors and a banana seat.
