Police Arrest Man With Sex Toy at Elizabeth Park in Trenton

The following information was supplied by the Trenton Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Trenton police arrested a 67-year-old man for disorderly conduct after he was found with a sex toy at about 10:55 a.m. Feb. 11 in Elizabeth Park.

A witness told police he saw the man drive by in a silver car with a sex toy in his mouth.

Police stopped the man's vehicle as he attempted to exit the park.

As he approached the vehicle, a Trenton police officer said he saw the man was not wearing a seat belt and was the only occupant. The officer also said he saw a "flesh-colored" sex toy lying on the passenger seat," according to a police report.

The officer asked the man what he was doing, and the man said he had had a sex toy in his mouth and apologized. The officer said the man then admitted to "having a problem with sex toys."

Police arrested the man for disorderly conduct in a public park and transported him to the Trenton Police Station, where he was issued tickets for disorderly conduct and no seat belt.

The man was released on personal bond, and the sex toy was confiscated and tagged as evidence.

All laughing aside --why is it illegal to have a sex toy in one's mouth??? I understand the ticket for no seat belt ---but do not understand the disorderly conduct citation. Just my three cents!

You better watch out what you put in your mouth these days.

Makes sense Les. After all, I don't think the officer actually seen the object in his mouth. Besides, disorderly conduct is such a broad term. Write him for the seat belt and tell him to never return .....
