WWJ is reporting that a man is hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries after his car hit a moving train at about 3 a.m. Wednesday on Toledo Street.

Investigators said the crossing does not have crossing gates, but warning lights were working and the men disregarded them, according to the WWJ report.
