Former Trenton Resident Killed in Fatal Car Crash

The following information was supplied by the Trenton Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

A 21-year-old Lincoln Park man was killed in a car crash at about 2:50 a.m. June 17 at West Jefferson Avenue and Helen Street near in Trenton.

The former Trenton resident was pronounced dead at the scene.

The man’s car collided with another car driven by a 49-year-old man with a 53-year-old female passenger, according to Chief Jim Nardone.

The crash caused both vehicles, a Ford Focus and a Jeep Grand Cherokee, to slide onto the grass in the park area.

The man and woman were treated and released from .

The cause of the crash is still under investigation, Nardone said.

There are no charges at this time.

Really I can't believe you would make such a "Horrible" comment . What if this was your loved one that was killled in this accident ? Would you still say this? I am no longer going to be reading Trenton Patch . Try thinking about what your gonna say before you make such comments........ Mary Bradd

No matter how safe they make cars today you can still be killed in one prayers to the family.
