Driver With One Headlight Leads to Drug Bust

What began as a routine traffic stop, quickly turned into a drug bust after Trenton police observed something strange in the driver's mouth.
On Dec. 22 at about 11:37 p.m., police arrested a juvenile for possession of marijuana after noticing a green, leafy substance chewed up inside the suspect's mouth, the report said.
The minor was pulled over for a busted headlight on Fort Street and Benson.

Police said the marijuana was scattered all over the minor's lap, the center console area and underneath the center armrest. Officers located a plastic container containing less than a gram of the plant.
The minor was placed under arrest, transported to the station and turned over to his mother.
