2 Arrested for Allegedly Breaking Into Maintenance Garage in Trenton

Two men were arrested and charged for allegedly breaking into a maintenance garage at about 5:30 a.m. Nov. 11 at Nottingham Knolls Apartments.

Jonathan Emanuel Zuziak, 25, and Samuel Aaron Leone, 25, were arraigned before an out county judge last weekend. Zuziak is charged with breaking and entering and larceny in a building and Leone is charged with breaking and entering, larceny in a building and receiving and concealing stolen property.

Bond is set at ten percent of $7,500 for Zuziak and 10 percent of $10,000 for Leone.

Trenton police were called out to the apartment complex on a report that two suspects were breaking into a maintenance garage.

Leone attempted to run away from officers after receiving numerous commands to stop. Officers caught up with the man and arrested him. He was carrying two screwdrivers, a flashlight, a wristwatch, a cell phone charger and a padlock at the time of his arrest.

Trenton police dispatch then received a call informing officers that Zuziak was pounding on doors inside an apartment building in the 4500 block of Turner Street. Officers arrested him there.

Police said Zuziak appeared to be very intoxicated a the time of his arrest, according to a Trenton police reports.

An apartment maintenance man claimed the watch found on Zuziak belonged to him and described the watch to officers. He was able to positively identify the watch.
