10 People Allegedly Walked Out on $460 Bill at Trenton Restaurant

Trenton police responded to a theft complaint around 8 p.m. July 14 at where 10 people allegedly walked out on a $460 bill.

After consuming several drinks and a number of appetizers, the guests left the restaurant without paying, according to a Trenton police report.

Witnesses said the guests told their server they were unhappy with their service and walked out just as their main course was about to be served.

Police said two witnesses stated the server did everything possible to make the guests happy, but they still left.

A manager of the restaurant was able to get the license plate from the vehicle the guests were driving and police were able to use the information to identify the person to which the plate was registered.

Police also have a phone number someone used to make a reservation at the restaurant for the guests.
