Show Some Local Love -- Review a Business on Patch!

Trenton and Grosse Ile are home to several locally owned and operated small businesses. Show you appreciate them by reviewing a business on Trenton-Grosse Ile Patch.

Locally owned and operated businesses make up the majority of small businesses in Trenton and on Grosse Ile. Why not show you appreciate shopping local by reviewing a business on Trenton-Grosse Ile Patch.

Patch reader Kelly Delaney recently wrote this about the Trenton Veterinary Hospital after giving the business five-out-of-five stars:

"Kamali really enjoyed being a patient here!"

It's super easy to review a business.

Here are the steps:

  1. Log in to Trenton-Grosse Ile Patch, if you don't already have an account, just click "Sign Up," in the upper right-hand corner of the page to set one up.
  2. Click "Directory" on the menu bar and then search for the business you want to rate or click through hundreds of businesses -- you're bound to find one you know.
  3. Click the "Rate This Business" link at the top of the business' listing page.
  4. Decide how many stars the business has earned and leave a comment justifying your rating. (Yes, "Best wings EVER!" is an acceptable justification.)
  5. Click "Review It!"

There is no limit to how many businesses you can review. The more reviews people provide, the more informed consumers will be.

If you have questions about a directory listing or own the business and need to claim your listing, don't hesitate to contact editor Nate Stemen natestemen@patch.com.

it seems like Yelp already has the local business reviews ground covered. is there any similarities between this and Yelp? maybe you could merge the Patch reviews with Yelp reviews for the same business?

I see your point cscharlt. However, we like to think of Patch as a one-stop news and information experience. There's no reason to visit any other site. We have everything you need right here. Check out some of the reviews. They can be very helpful! -- NS
