Karen Jacobsen Thanks the Voters of Michigan’s 12th Congressional District

Karen Jacobsen thanks the people of Dearborn and the 12th District.

Dear Voters in Michigan’s 12th Congressional District:

Please accept my sincerest thanks for all who voted for me in Tuesday’s primary election.  And a special thank you to the voters of Dearborn.  You allowed me to win our city by a whopping 809 votes.

This short journey into the world of politics has been challenging, informative and most enjoyable.  The very best part of this campaign was going door-to-door throughout the district.  With the exception of a very small handful of people, those who opened their doors to my unfamiliar face met me with patience and grace.  For that I am grateful.

When you prepare to go to the polls in November, I ask for just one thing.  Before you vote, please research each candidate on the ballot.  Do not be afraid to ask them for specific policies and plans.  Reject the political rhetoric, and demand the details.

Again, thank you everyone for your support and your votes.

Karen E. Jacobsen

Former Candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives

Michigan’s 12th Congressional District

Can someone please tell me why Oiho (Obama's new spelling of the state) citizens continue to support and vote for Sen. Sherrod Brown-nose and Barack Obama. They have the same ideology and are driving Ohio business's to Indiana and Pennsylvania and other states. Evidently these citizens place the Democratic Party before there families and jobs! Sad..............and true! Thank you Ohio for the jobs! Keep up the good work. I like the paycheck instead of an unemployment check! Ha, ha, ha!

Now for Senator Debbie Stabenow: 1. I guess 8.3% unemployment (state average) and 17% to 25% inner cities is the norm for Debbie: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v= 2. Senator Debbie Stabenow (D-MI) has shown over and over that she is for expansive government and against economic freedom. She has: Voted yes on Obama’s wasteful stimulus. Voted yes on ObamaCare, the job-killing, freedom-restricting takeover of the health care industry. Supported the automobile bailout and the government takeover of the industry. Voted yes on Dodd-Frank, a major government expansion into the financial industry. 3. What happened with your beliefs Debbie? Flip......Flop hypocrite? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AxH2kLqU-_Q 4. Incompetence is her finest accomplishment: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZsHy91ONrGc
