Construction to Shut Down Left Lane of Fort Street in Trenton
Construction has been creeping in all summer long and it's finally made it to Trenton.
Little by little, day by day the orange barrels have rolled closer and closer to Trenton, and they are finally upon us.
The left lane of northbound Fort Street (M-85) will be closed from Gibraltar to Vreeland roads from 3 p.m. Thursday until 9 a.m. Monday for bridge work.
Fort Street construction stretched from Lincoln Park to Riverview and Trenton has remained virtually untouched -- until now.

Luckily, construction on Allen Road is completed and is open to overflow traffic from Fort Street.
