Trick-or-Treat Hours for Trenton

The freaks and fangs will be seen crawling around Trenton from 6 to 8 p.m. Oct. 31.

Trenton officials reminded residents of the official Halloween trick-or-treating hours Monday night.

For those who have yet to carve a pumpkin or for those who already have, be sure to attend the Great Pumpkin Festival Saturday at the .

Pumpkin carving begins at 10 a.m. Bring your pre-carved pumpkins to the Cultural Center at 3 p.m. to participate in the event.

The goal is to carve 1000 pumpkins. DTE Energy will donate $1 to the First Step Domestic Violence Center for each pumpkin carved.

The Community Nite Lite begins at 6 p.m. with an official count at 7 p.m.

The event is sponsored by DTE Energy, the Trenton Firefighters Charities and the Trenton Exchange Club.
