Here are a few things to help you get your day started right.

Good morning Trenton. Here's a rundown of what you need to know today.

  1. It's going to storm today, if you haven't noticed. The National Weather Service is calling for showers and thunderstorms before 8 a.m. with a high near 88 degrees. Watch out for heavy rains causing flooding. If you notice any flooding, please let us know by emailing us at natestemen@patch.com or tell us on Facebook.
  2. In recognition of Trenton's rich hockey traditions, we bring you the Hockey Term of the Day: delayed penalty, a penalty against a team that has only four players on the ice, assessed only when one of its players gets out of the penalty box. Terms brought to you by www.firstbasesports.com.
  3. This week's was rescheduled for Aug. 3 due to weather conditions. The movie is Megamind starring Will Ferrell, Brad Pitt and Tina Fey.
  4. There is still time to sign up for Theater Dance Camp and Princess Dance Camp. Classes run from Aug. 8 through 12. Contact the for more information.
