Animal Fact of the Week courtesy of www.PetHeartPrints.com: Labrador retrievers are very social dogs. They are extremely friendly, and you should know that your Labrador retriever is going to be the kind of dog that you can take along on family outings and introduce to the relatives. These are good things about the Labrador retriever, but you should know that if you don’t train them and raise them properly, you might never see this good side of the dogs.

You must remember that you should socialize your Labrador retriever puppy when you first get him. If you don’t socialize him, you are going to find that he will be shy and won’t want to meet new people. This could lead to a whole bunch of problems, so make sure that you are always socializing your dog.
