Do you think the $35 annual fee is worth taking your dog to this new park?

I grew up in Trenton and am coming back to visit my sister and am looking for a dog park nearby. Do you know if I can pay the fee and use the park even though I'm no longer a resident? Thanks Ruth Hunter ruthhunter5@aol.com
