How did your business get started? Careers throughout my life always included people and selling. I enjoy sharing with others and helping them make decisions. First licensed as a Realtor when we moved from our Trenton home of 23 yrs. to Florida in 2003 when hubby retired. Florida real estate market was booming. Missed our kids and grandkids so sold our own home there in Panama City Beach and built a home in Bridgewater by Del Webb in Brownstown. Decided to get my Michigan Real Estate License too so I did.

What services does your business provide? Full time real estate services offered to sellers and buyers. Decades of selling experience coupled with extensive training in all areas of the real estate arena both in Florida and Michigan. I offer confidential and complimentary Comparative Market Analysis reports. This report helps with pricing their home to list as well as pricing homes to compare when buying.

What do you want your business to be best known for? I am highly recommended by my clients for many reasons, mostly for my communication and marketing skills. They appreciate my professional knowledge and personable personality. I return all calls promptly which is mandatory in this industry.

What's your most popular service? Listing homes to sell. Helping them stage and market homes for maximum exposure! Clients love the virtual tours I provide as well as the passion I have for sharing their home with prospects!

Why did you choose the location that you did? Chose to put my license with Premiere Realty group in Trenton due to knowing many people downriver and the area so well, (two of my kids graduated from Trenton High School). Great location at 3225 Van Horn is convenient for my clients. It offers an upscale, efficient office environment while remaining friendly.
