Brown paper covers the windows of the former InkSpot Tattoo & Body Piercing space, indicating a new business might be opening in Trenton.
The property became available for lease in August 2012 when the InkSpot closed down. The space is currently owned by C O Management Services of Woodhaven.
John Howey of C O Management said the entity leasing the property wants the new business to be a surprise and has decided to keep any information about the business confidential.
Look to Trenton-Grosse Ile Patch for more information on the new business at 2330 West Road as it becomes available.

I literally lol'd at that comment. But sadly, you make a good point. Trenton city government needs to start assuming more responsibility leasing businesses. Why can't they keep anything in these places for long? Because they're garbage temporary niche businesses that pay rent (and taxes) but don't bring any desirability to the area. HELOOOO city hall. How about requiring a 1/5/10 year business development plan from new investors? Show that you care about what you're bringing in.
