How did your business get started? We got started doing smaller repairs and setups for friends that had businesses in the area. They would insist that they pay us and then the light bulb went off.

What services does your business provide?
We offer help with anything related to technology. From helping someone decide on the right type of computer for going back to school to cleaning out and eradicating the worst viruses off of a computer, we do it all. We also specialize in helping small businesses with all of their technology needs. From setting up their network to ongoing support for any computer need along with helping achieve HIPAA compliance, we are the complete IT department.

What do you want your business to be best known for?
Customer service. Computers and technology are always changing and can be intimidating. Our ultimate goal is to help people feel comfortable with technology and with our service. We are constantly looking for ways to make the experience better for our customers.

What's your most popular service?
For businesses, hands down it is our monthly service packages. We offer 3 levels of support that customers can purchase on a monthly basis to cover any type of issue they may have. This takes the worry off of them and allows us to provide a consistent level of support. It is like having an IT department in your office (without the smell ) :-). For home users, it is our $52 virus removal. We scan the entire machine, do all the updates and clean out the inside of your computer.

Why did you choose the location that you did
? I started this business in the basement of my house in Wyandotte and now we have a couple of offices downriver. I still love to work in Wyandotte out of my basement office.
