Submit Your Pic for Trenton-Grosse Ile Patch's New Facebook Cover Photo

Have a great photo, painting or drawing that you think will be a perfect cover photo to illustrate the change in season from winter to spring for our Facebook page? Upload it now.

With the start of the new season, it's a great time to freshen up the Trenton-Grosse Ile Patch Facebook page cover photo — and we're looking for your help.

From now until Friday, March 22, we'll be accepting submissions for a cover photo — it could be a recent photograph, something from the archives, a painting or a drawing.

For a while now, the cover photo has been of the St. Patrick's Day cookies available at Elliott's Bakery, but the holiday is over and we are ready to update the page by highlighting the coming of spring.

Show us your favorite photo of the change in seasons in Trenton and on Grosse Ile. Your submission can be from anywhere in Trenton or on Grosse Ile, of a business, sports team, in a neighborhood or along the waterfront.

There's no age requirement to submit: You just have to be a Trenton-Grosse Ile Patch user and be able to create a 100 percent original piece of work owned by you for us to use. If you don't have a Patch account, visit trenton-grosseile.patch.com/join to sign up for free.

We'll close acceptance for entries on Friday, March 22, at 3 p.m. Then we select the best and feature the photos throughout spring.
