Sneak Peek: St. Paul Concert Choir's Christmas Concert (VIDEO)

The St. Paul Concert Choir and Orchestra is a 75 person voice choir and a 25 piece orchestra directed by the minister of music and worship at St. Paul Lutheran Church.

With the Christmas Concert just about one week away, the St. Paul Choir and Orchestra are rehearsing like there's no tomorrow.

The sound of soaring voices echoed above St. Paul Lutheran Church Thursday night as the St. Paul Concert Choir rehearsed for the upcoming annual concerts.

The St. Paul Concert Choir and Orchestra is a 75-person voice choir and a 25-piece orchestra directed by Kim Schutt, the minister of music and worship at St. Paul Lutheran Church.

"The choir is open to the community, no auditions are required and you don’t have to be a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church to belong to the group," said choir member Cherie Warner.

The free St. Paul Christmas Concert is slated for Saturday, Dec. 15 at 2:30 and 7 p.m. and Sunday, Dec. 16 at 3 p.m. in the Trenton High School auditorium.

At this time, tickets are still available for both Saturday performances, but tickets for the Sunday performance have all been handed out and church officials have started a waiting list. 

Tickets can be ordered by calling 734-676-2942 or on the church website www.splconline.com.
