In light of the recent budget proposal and severe cuts, do parents plan to send their children to Trenton Public School?
At a recent Board of Education meeting, Superintendent John Savel proposed a that would include 26 teacher layoffs and the elimination of full-day kindergarten classes among other cuts.
Savel admitted the cuts would increase class sizes and board members expressed their concerns that the cuts could potentially drive parents away from Trenton Public Schools.
