HOW AND WHY TO EAT HEALTHY!

Learn about food and the difference between good and bad carbohydrates.  If you are wanting to just lose weight, drop your cholesterol and triglycerides, blood pressure, or control your Diabetes (or better yet, stop yourself from becoming a Type 11 Diabetic), or decrease your risk of serious diseases, while gaining more energy, now is the chance for you to get the answers on how to do it.  YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT!
