Family caregivers experience a variety of challenges and adjustments during their caregiving journey caring for family members, friends, or neighbors. The daily stress in caregiving can be so overwhelming to bear at times.
This interactive workshop focuses on rejuvenating and refreshing caregivers. This workshop will be led by Ronda Violi, RN of Ronda Violi & Associates and will include a variety of simple activities and relaxation techniques. Participation in any of the activities is of a personal choice to anyone attending.
The event is free to attend and refreshments will be provided.

More About Trenton Veterans Memorial Library
Established in 1927, the Trenton Veterans Memorial Library is the first public library to open in Trenton; its importance in the library system remains today. The library was renamed from the Trenton Public Library to the Veterans Memorial Library in the mid-1970's. It provides more than 21,000 square feet of space and offers more than 90,000 books. The building is designed to allow for new technology as it becomes available.
