What Are Your Black Friday Plans?
Leave a comment below to let Patch know about your Black Friday plans.
Black Friday—the day after Thanksgiving and the unofficial start of the Christmas shopping season—is almost here, and Patch wants to know your plans.
Do you plan to stand in line early Friday morning? (Or will you leave Thanksgiving dinner and head straight to one of the stores that now start Black Friday a day early on Thursday night)?
Do you plan to stake out your favorite toy store for that must-have gift?
Will you check out a movie, such as Lincoln or Skyfall?
Or do you plan to avoid the mall madness and the frenzied crowds of shoppers?
Whatever your plans, let Patch know by leaving a comment below.

I am doing "Black Friday" - WYANDOTTE STYLE -- and callin' it Plaid Friday which is designed to help promote the small brick and mortar businesses that are open to the public year round.
The Plaid Friday objective is to stimulate support for local business during the Holiday Shopping season and to foster new customers for elevated yearlong foot traffic and sales.
Plaid is a little more interesting, friendly, relaxed and FUN....just like the brick and mortar businesses you see Biddle, Oak, Elm, Maple, Sycamore, etc.
Plaid is the new Black!

Visiting friends and family that I usually don't get to see often. I have no interest saving $20 standing around like an idiot for things I don't need!

Watching the parade in Grosse Pointe! Many of my friends will be marching/walking in the parade, so I'm going to cheer them on!

In the morning, I'll be participating in the Santa Claus Parade with my daughter, Devon, and fellow members of the Native Sons & Daughters group. We have an awesome float, designed by Pat Carlsen and Frank Costa, built by the dads and decorated by the kids — Come cheer us on!
In the afternoon, I'll be assisting people with their inquiries about Grosse Pointe real estate, at Adlhoch & Associates — Call or stop by! 882-5200

I'll be sitting in my black E-Z chair, reading Black Beauty, petting my black cat & eating black licorice.
