Trenton Resident Uses iPad to Track Stolen iPhone

A Trenton man used his iPad to track down an iPhone he said had been stolen at about 11:30 a.m. Aug. 20 in the 1700 block of Oakwood Drive.
The man told Trenton police he was cutting his grass and had his iPhone with headphones on the passenger seat of a vehicle parked in his driveway when an unknown person went into the vehicle and took his iPhone.
The man said he tracked the phone to the 2900 block of Charlton Street by using his iPad. Police responded to the location and spoke to resident who told police he and his daughter had not left the house at all that day.
The phone was not recovered.
Police advised the man to shut off his service with the wireless provider.
