Trenton police arrested a 67-year-old man for disorderly conduct after he was found with a sex toy at about 10:55 a.m. Feb. 11 in Elizabeth Park.

A witness told police he saw the man drive by in a silver car with a sex toy in his mouth.

Police stopped the man's vehicle as he attempted to exit the park.

As he approached the vehicle, a Trenton police officer said he saw the man was not wearing a seat belt and was the only occupant. The officer also said he saw a "flesh-colored" sex toy lying on the passenger seat," according to a police report.

The officer asked the man what he was doing, and the man said he had had a sex toy in his mouth and apologized. The officer said the man then admitted to "having a problem with sex toys."

Police arrested the man for disorderly conduct in a public park and transported him to the Trenton Police Station, where he was issued tickets for disorderly conduct and no seat belt.

The man was released on personal bond, and the sex toy was confiscated and tagged as evidence.
