Disappointed in their statement as we had problems well after 10:00 pm Sunday! Is WOW giving descent credits as a goodwill gesture?

Just experienced digital breakup last night, so I don't know how WOW can state they fixed the problem. I heard they have given $25 and $50 dollar credits to two different people whjo complained. I tried calling to complain and demand some sort of compensation, but I was put on hold for so long I got fed up and hung up.

I'm still having problems to and I'm getting sick of it. They did give me a $50 credit but if its not fixed by my next bill I'm going to find a new service

Make sure to make a complaint to the Michigan Public Service Commission. WOW actually called me the day after I made the complaint and gave me a credit.....so I will keep complaining to the Service Commission until the problem is fixed!! Google "Michigan Public Service Commission" and it will lead you to how to make the complaint.

No kidding we're fed up with Wow!! Why do they bother to keep saying that "it's all fixed now" and then it really isn't? Before this pixelated and sound disconnection errors in Dec. it was billing problems in Oct. What will be next? I'm about ready to look elsewhere also.
