Man Arrested After Trespassing on Railroad Property to 'See the Deer'

The following information was supplied by the Trenton Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Trenton police arrested a 51-year-old man on a warrant for over $37,300 after police found him trespassing on railroad property at about 8:30 a.m. Feb. 10 near Van Horn and Division.

The man told police he drove his white Cadillac south onto rail road property "to see the deer," according to a Trenton police report.

Police said they found a pair of wire cutters in the man's pocket and a bundle of copper wire in the trunk of his vehicle.

We only publish names and photos of people who have been arraigned before a judge. This is a blotter item provided by the Trenton Police Department. -- NS
