Loosen up and relax. Registration for chair yoga begins today.
Class begins April 18 and runs through May 23 from 6:15 to 7:45 p.m.
Classes are always held on Wednesdays at the Westfield Activities Center.
Regstration for other classes also begins today including senior arobics, Tai Chi Easy and Burn and Firm.
